A new interactive club night from one of the pioneers behind Secret Cinema and curatorial team [Details on Request]. An eclectic but fiercely ecstatic series of live performances and guest DJs will be mixing it with art happenings for punters to take part in.

Hidden installations and inventions by Alastair Levy, Ruaidhri Ryan and Laura Kennedy, live wall painting by the illustrator Stephany Pollard, a durational performance from The Typewriters, video works by Ines Von Bonhorst and live video animations created by Rebecca Noy.

On the stage, Phantom, Teej, Radio 6 favs The Sound Carriers and Banks. DJ superstars Allez-Allez as well as folktronica masters Tunng will be gracing the decks, along with residents Paul, Matt and Glenn.

One foot on the dance floor, one in space.

First issue of Art Licks magazine

I was asked to write about our recent exhibition Construction Line for the first issue of Art Licks magazine. The magazine brings together articles by emerging and established artists and curators drawing on their first hand experiences of the art world.

The Queen of Hoxton

[Details on Request] recently returned from a well deserved break, enjoying a short relaxing holiday in Dorset, going for long walks and visiting the beach. We then headed off to End of the Road Festival with a great group of friends for a long weekend of fun packed antics and lovely tunes.

Before leaving we spent a long day in a very confined toilet cubical at The Queen of Hoxton in Shoreditch. Each cubical is regularly decorated by an artist or illustrator, [DoR] had been invited to created our own work in a cubical in the ladies.

Do go and have a peek if you are out and about in town, and keep a watch out for our forthcoming monthly collaborative live art and innovative music event being held at The Queen of Hoxton.

Seminars In Irrelevant Learning

Thank you to everyone who came to our event Seminars In Irreverent Learning at the beginning of the month. [Details on Request] had a fair share of hurdles to overcome - threat of thunder storms, drunken heckling and equipment failure, but in the end we presented three successful lectures. We all learnt a great deal of valuable information and advice from our fascinating speakers, fueling some brilliant discussions and debate.
